There is a common grill and playground area in Juustenintie 3 premises. The playground area next to the grill is suitable for adults, while the one with swings and a sandbox is meant for kids. If you are planning to use the grill, please keep in mind that:
- The grill is free to use for the tenants of Juustenintie 3
- You do not need to reserve the grill in advance
- You cannot reserve/keep the grill only for yourself. If there are multiple tenants who want to use the grill, you need to give others the possibility to grill as well.
- You can use the firewood freely (if available)
- Keep the firewood covered with the cover sheet.
- If you are having a party at the grill, remember to keep the volume at a reasonable level. Do not disturb other tenants, especially during the night.
- Clean up the grill and the surrounding area afterwards
- Put ashes and tobacco stubs in the metal bin near the grill
- Take the rest of the trash into the trash room
- If you see something wrong with the grill, please inform us about it on the Juustenintie facebook-page or directly to someone who is on the tenant committee.
