The clubroom of Juustenintie 3 is located in the C-corridor. The clubroom can be booked in advance and used for events, celebrations, and meetings of Juustenintie 3 residents. The venue is also used for joint parties, tenant committee meetings, and other activities.
The club room is equipped with a kitchen and a toilet, and in addition, has the following amenities:
- Desktop computer & sound system
- Video projector
- Air fryer
- Coffee machine
- Microwave oven
- 3 refrigerators
- Juicer
To book the clubroom:
1. Send an email to juustenintie@gmail.com with the subject line “CLUBROOM BOOKING”. Please contact the tenant committee at least one week in advance. The message should include your name, phone number, apartment number, as well as the date and time you want to book the clubroom.
2. If the clubroom is free and possible to book, the tenant committee will confirm the booking.
3. You must pick up the key in person and sign a key-lending form. Contact the tenant committee 1–2 days before your event to arrange a time. Please be on time when you arrive to collect the key.
5. After using the clubroom, you need to clean it up thoroughly and return the keys.

One tenant can book the clubroom a couple of times a month for 1-2 days at a time. Fridays and Saturdays are popular days for booking, so unless you really need to, don’t book both days in a row.
Please note that the clubroom cannot be booked by anyone who does not live at Juustenintie 3. You are welcome to invite guests from outside the building to your party, but the host must be a resident of Juustenintie 3.
